मैनपाट में सरकारी जमीन पर ‘हल चलाओ-कब्जा पाओ’ का खेल? 40 एकड़ पर चला ट्रैक्टर | Swadesh

छत्तीसगढ़ के सरगुजा जिले के मैनपाट से सरकारी जमीन पर कथित कब्जे का मामला सामने आया है। कुनिया ग्राम पंचायत के असकरा गांव में राजस्व रिकॉर्ड में दर्ज जमीन पर जुताई किए जाने की बात सामने आई है। रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, सरपंच पति पर करीब 32 एकड़ जमीन पर ट्रैक्टर चलाने का आरोप है, जिसके बाद 25 से ज्यादा ग्रामीणों ने भी जमीन के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में जुताई कर दी।

मामला बढ़ने के बाद पटवारी मौके पर पहुंचे और जुताई रुकवाई। प्रशासन की ओर से पंचनामा और नोटिस की कार्रवाई किए जाने की बात सामने आई है। ग्रामीणों द्वारा जमीन पर कब्जे और पेड़-पौधों की कटाई के आरोप भी लगाए गए हैं।

मैनपाट में इससे पहले भी सरकारी जमीन पर अतिक्रमण के खिलाफ प्रशासन कार्रवाई कर चुका है। 2024 में कुनिका क्षेत्र में करीब 35 एकड़ सरकारी जमीन को कब्जामुक्त कराने की कार्रवाई की गई थी।

आखिर सरकारी जमीन पर कब्जे के ये मामले क्यों सामने आ रहे हैं? क्या सिर्फ नोटिस से अतिक्रमण रुकेगा? और मैनपाट की बेशकीमती जमीन को लेकर प्रशासन आगे क्या कार्रवाई करेगा?
